When we took over Cafepoint, it was a struggling project weighed down by an inefficient business model and teetering on the brink of collapse. With a new vision, thorough restructuring, and a creative approach, we successfully built a new brand.
We introduced a completely new concept to the market, built on three core pillars:
Retail Stores – Redesigned brick-and-mortar stores offered not only high-quality coffee and coffee machines, but also an inviting space for customers to enjoy the experience of selection and expert advice.
E-shop – Digitalization allowed Cafepoint to reach customers nationwide, offering a convenient shopping experience while creating a new channel for building brand awareness.
B2B Segment for Offices and HORECA – We designed customized solutions for corporate clients, providing coffee, machines, and related services to support daily operations and enhance satisfaction among both employees and customers.
These pillars provided Cafepoint with stability and flexibility, and enabled the development of a strong, sustainable, and dynamic business model.
The entire project culminated in a successful management buyout, through which the company was sold to its CEO.

We exited the project in 2021 by selling our stake to the CEO through a management buyout.
